Jesus had some serious mind blowing, paradigm shifting thoughts about God, life and culture. In fact, on multiple occasions, Jesus would say things like "You have heard it said... but I tell you..." The truth is, we don't always think like God thinks. As Isaiah 58:8 states: "His ways are not our ways."
